playing 'upwords' with my 4 yr old and 10 yr old nieces has got to be one of the most refreshing experiences ever this new year. the words that they think of are hilarious for people their age. for example, the 10 yr old one converted skit to shit by adding a h on top of the k. and then the 4 yr old got excited over forming the word bun and added it unknowingly as an extension to shit. so the outcome was shit-bun. hahahaha. i laughed for like the whole day. and it amazes me how a 4 yr old can say words like 'paracetamol' (which i cant spell now) and 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious'. wow. kids these days are too crever.

ah back to school.

first week over. and i absolutely LOVE 2AA2. the best class anyone could wish for. besides 4GY of cos. i love you both differently and yet equally. yay. we have the bestest classroom ever. we got an NL!! yea. so everyday feels like a holiday cos we're away from the main building and like in our little kampong world (: i feel it's more condusive for learning too. yay. i love it. and no one ever uses it but our class so it's like our 2nd home now! and guess what. we're next to 2AA1 so like SOME PPL can OGLE at OTHER PPL for like one year. hahah. mamamamama lo ki.

last night was campfire night for the j1s. and our class went to sell yummy rose syrup and lemonade to 'refresh' thirsty ppl. ah but it rained!! boo. and just then i thought that our fund-raising idea was dead. everyone got shifted to the badminton hall and we moved to the swimming pool bleachers to sell drinks. business was super slow for like the first 3 hours, but thanks to mr mark ng we got a couple of customers here and there. the best part was, after the whole thing was over everyone started crowding around to buy drinks and they got sold out pretty fast so we had to run to make more!!! whee. adrenaline pumping all the way. yea man. so we went to make more and soon we were sold out again and used up all our syrup!!! praise God! seriously cos like when it rained i was praying super hard that our idea would still work out and it did! better than expected (:

it was fun dancing with the j1s, or trying to dance rather. haha. wish we could have crashed orientation more, like during wet games. and most of all, wish i had been an ogl. boo. if i leave acjc with any regrets at all, not being an ogl could be one of them.
